The breakfast offered here was generous and replenished regularly, overlooking the beautiful city skyline, and the hotel's prime location is right next to Union Square.

Massive and not expensive breakfasts, hotel was kept tidy.

The hotel was in a perfect location near high end shops & other hotels, a "off tourist "restaurant for lunch and many bars and shops and cultural sights. Thoroughly enjoyed our room, it was well furnished and brand-new and had adequate storage and climate control. The service was excellent, nothing too much trouble, it was just what we needed.

The location was comfortable and best possible - ease of access to Opera House. This room was well-kept with an INCREDIBLE view on the skyline.

Great location, super close to the People's Committee Building. the breakfast spot was fantastic, the bed was cozy, and the bath was in top working order. 😊

Excellent location, close to a pedestrian street, you can walk in the evenings. The market is 10 minutes on foot, and all the main attractions are within walking distance. Very clean rooms, varied breakfasts.

There was no such thing. Everything fits.

The location here is superb, just a short 10-15 minute walk to Union Square.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were cleaned earlier in the morning than other hotels.

The bed was a bit firmer than we're used to.

The premium deluxe room was spacious and had a walk-in shower. the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious. the hotel's central location was very convenient, situated near the town center.

Great rooms, friendly and effective staff, delicious breakfast buffet, fantastic location right on the main road of the city center and - as the hotel is owned by the Vietnamese military - top security is also provided.

Location of the hotel is truly unbeatable. Although, of course there are other hotels in close proximity.

Hotel rooms need a face lift. Hotel staff could be more cordial in providing tips and tour ideas to hotel guests. Very plain reception staff not really knowing much about the area or not willing to offer advice on it. Additionally, while at other hotels of the same category the use of the computer in the lobby is free and while others offer in- room computers/laptops, this hotel charges us$ 2/hour to use the lobby's computer. Utterly ridiculous. One more thing I found absolutely disturbing was the fact that while the breakfast selection was ok, they charge extra for Cafe Suadaa, (Vietnamese iced coffee) where at other hotels, again same category, was offered as part of the breakfast selection.
